What to Expect
I provide a complimentary initial 'meet & greet' to explain my programs and take the first step in building a care partnership.
What happens during a visit?
A typical 2-hour visit includes:
A physical exercise activity (chair exercise, walking program, active game)
A cognitive memory activity (card games, trivia, technology)
A social activity (music, arts & crafts, reminiscing)
These programs are tailored to the interests and needs of the senior.
